In Ayurvedic tradition, water rested overnight in a copper vessel is known as tamra jal — a practice kept alive across India for centuries. We make no medical claims about it. We simply make the vessel properly, the way it has always been made.

Each bottle is spun and hammered from a single sheet of 99.9% pure copper, then hand-finished. No lining, no lacquer inside, no plastic anywhere in the water's path. Copper is naturally antimicrobial as a material, and unlike plastic it will never shed microplastics into what you drink.

It will not stay shiny, and it is not meant to. Copper develops a living patina — deepening from bright rose to a warm bronze that records how you use it. Polish it back with lemon and salt on the outside whenever you like, or let it age.

• Water only. Do not store citrus, juice, or any acidic drink in an unlined copper bottle — acid draws copper into the liquid.
• Do not use for hot liquids.
• Rinse and dry after each use. Hand wash only, never a dishwasher.
• Health authorities advise moderation with copper intake. If you are pregnant, have a copper-related condition such as Wilson's disease, or are unsure, speak to your doctor before drinking from unlined copper.
